FIRST ROL
Job Description:
To maintain all the equipment in a specific period of time so it can be ready to use at any time by line maintenance team by troubleshooting if needed
And request new parts by duty supervisor throughout purchasing department if not found locally or doesn’t match the standards and quality.
As a technician we have to do four kinds of maintenance and inspection:
Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance and inspection to reach out the maximum quality and standards that required by the company quality department and airport authorities.
As a Duty Supervisor I have several responsibilities such as:
1-Distributing the tasks between the team members
2-organizing the shifts equally putting the person in his best shift depending on the tasks they have in each shift
3-finding issues before it’s comes out to public and solving it and if not solved then to be escalated to the higher management.
4-helping other departments at any available time any how it’s take
5- coordinating between the company management and airport authority for any kind of business that need to be done or finish
Like preparing documents, making permits for tools, equipment, vehicles, materials etc...
6- Always looking for Training and Course to the team and preparing them to be more qualified and Safire to not jeopardize the work.
2-SECOND ROLL
Job Description:
GSE & TOOL-CRIB / ACTING EXCUCTIVE MANAGER:
1-The process of managing and regulating the supply, storage and distribution of stock between stations.
2- Review the price of parts costs yearly and search for lower cost
3- Manage relationships internally with other departments (maintenance, Logistic, government relations DEPT, security clearance DEPT).
4- Quarter basis summaries, and data analysis for Tools & Maintenance open requests and open orders as well.
5- Understand the demands, equipment & Tools requirements to reduce the down time of daily operation.
6- Effectiveness in understanding problems and making timely practical decisions.
On site inspector at unified contracts department, my job was to evaluate the contractors before joining the company as of unified contract or by tenders, then to follow up their work on site’s to assure complying company standards, safety and specifications.
As a project inspector in SEC my job was to insure the compliance’s of the company standards and specifications in all project.
We are the responsible team of the selection when it’s come to pick construction companies and subcontractors by evaluating their equipment, facilities qualification, certification, quality and safety training certifications, government approval, review previous jobs and team skills for best quality and higher safety precautions during the work.
Also to follow up the team and subcontractors work during constructions within specific instructions.
I had to make sure the project will end with the giving time duration.
As for paperwork’s I have to send daily reports to my superiors as daily status.

Project Description :
“Saudi Electricity “ support the Riyadh train with longest electric circuit of its kind in the Middle East, with a length of 22.3 km very proud to be a part of this project title .
We were the first department in this initiative and strong step .
Our job was to apply company standards and specification through this project .
We have a very critical situation as a first department who have to put their hands into this project as an interface for SEC But we did it perfectly .
For me I’ve covered 4 sites out of 16 supervising and following up 3 subcontracts out of 8
We were working day and night to finish this job in the exact time and yes we did .
