➢ Identifying new customer/client by visiting project site and by meeting with managers.
➢ Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their
needs, in order to establish value and product fit.
➢ Collecting the inquiries and identify our related requirement to generate the business.
➢ Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure to order.
➢ Discus on proposal with general manager or sales manager if any special offer required.
➢ Researching on competitors' products, prices, and their marketing insights.
➢ Maintaining technical knowledge by attending product training sessions.
➢ Preparing regular sales reports and presenting it to the higher management.
Focus on new project and ongoing project requirements.
Identify project requirements and our scope.
Meeting with main contractor/mep contractor and generate the inquiry.
Closely follow up with them and try to close the order.
Discus with sales director or sales manager for securing the order.
Share daily activities/meetings report to the managers.
Monthly meeting with the managers to discuss the job progress, issue and action plan.
Target contractors for ongoing project requirements.
Develop a professional relationship with existing and future clients.
Manage accounts from initial sale to close out of project requirement.
Spend 50% of sales time in projects site visiting, clients meeting and other target opportunities.
Prepare an accurate estimating and competitive proposal, developed for each client specifically.
Follow-up each proposal in a systematically approach in order to secure the order from client.
Communicate with commercial manager when help is needed in securing of order.
Communicate to commercial manager when order is secured thru purchase order, contract, email, or verbal acknowledgement from customer.
Coordinate and schedule of materials delivery as directed by client.
Assist with accounts department in collection of current and past due payment.
Maintain a monthly sales and report to commercial manager.
Attend weekly sales meeting to discuss an issues and progress.
Search, Maintain and Develop good relationship with specific clients through site visit or meetings or mailing or via telephone etc.
Advertise our company products and services.
Dealing with client enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email.
Making proposal for the clients and enquiries for the manufacturer for the same.
Gathering market and customer info for negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications with the clients.
Record, sales and order information and report the same to the Sales Manager.
To review and achieve the sales target.
Reporting to Branch Manager as a Relationship Manager, a team of 20 people that established strategic marketplace vision, direction and goal oriented.
Use Standard sales pitch as provided which involves profiling the clients and accordingly selling online or offline account.
Acquiring the new clients by using techniques like telecalling, cold calling, meeting, messaging etc.
Generating the revenue by doing trade.
Make update to the clients regarding stock markets by giving market mantra, weekly wraps etc.
Develop the business by cross selling of product like commodity account, currency account, mutual fund, insurance etc.
Responsibility for selling the banking products like demat account, recurring deposit, debit card, bills payable etc.
Coordinating a team of sales supports executives for all customer inquiries, and marketing & sales initiatives.
