• Worked on live projects and helped in preparing legal contracts such as Mo U between TCS and IIM C and prepared templates for various partnership agreements.
• Conducted patentability searches and analyzing prior art.
• Conducted research for Intellectual Property Rights and preparing notes on important cases covering issues in Patent and Design law.
• Categorized Pharmaceutical Patents granted in India from 2008- 2010.
• Prepared Q & A on Patent law in India.
• Assisted the team in patent prosecution including understanding the complete prosecution stages i.e. filing, examination, office action responses, grant and maintenance along with preparation of statutory forms.
