 Validation of suppliers BOM leads to 15%-20% cost reduction of the outsourced panels received from the suppliers
 Worked in close coordination with suppliers’ team leaders, engineering & project management to deal issues with respective to the projects scheduling, production, completion and customer inspection activities, etc.
 Implemented system & procedures for manufacturing of panels at supplier end that reduced the manufacturing lead time from 45 to 19 days & improved the quality in terms of wiring errors in turn increased the testing productivity.
 Instrumental in scheduling & monitoring the in-house production program scheduler & lean lines redesigned the production lines & introduced 5s techniques, automated tools in turn reduced the lead time of manufacturing from 60 days to 45 days.
 Successfully led to reduction in the inventory by from 13 crore to 5 crore reducing the safety stock & other procedures.
 Implemented 5S (Awarded 3S for our shop floor) & MOST a time study for increase of productivity measures which enhanced operations and optimized productivity.
