Responsibilities:
Provide our guests out of this world experiences.
Ensure guests expectation are met and exceeded in the restaurants by providing excellent guest service, product knowledge and personal dedication to the department and their colleagues.
To attend training and development programs as required in order promoting career and continuous growth.
To actively take part in the day-to-day operation of the restaurants including escorting guests to their tables, handling customer queries or complaints and coordinating with the servers, kitchen and Management team.
Assist in exercises and duties as directed by the Management team that will help increase the efficiency and ultimately the profitability of the department and Ferrari World as a whole.
Try to create increased sales and encourage guests to buy more using product knowledge and selling techniques.
Handles Infogenesis.
To perform any additional duties required by superiors.
