Review/Preparing contractual construction program, detailed work program.
Long term planning program integrating all stakeholders, resource and subcontractor deployment
etc.
Monitoring & controlling work progress with respect to cost, resources and time overruns.

• Filtering requirements of the client according to the tender document and coordinating with the designing team to build a suitable design.
• Preparation of low voltage substation facility shop drawings.
• Organizing meetings with various vendors and finalizing the materials/equipment as per the project requirements.
• Preparation of BOQ for the entire project electrical requirement (cables, cable ladders, grounding, switchgear, transformers, etc.) based on the design.
• Basic & detail engineering for provision of earthling pits of electrical installation.
• Design for illumination of different area and lux calculation.
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of electrical-related works at the site.

• Estimates prepare and assign the resources such as workforce, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to the execution of any jobs.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
• Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.
• Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works
• Supervised the installation of 1000 kVA standby DG set which will supply for the 11 substations in the project.
• Designing and installing the cable ladders, equipment, earthing system, etc.
• Trained and managed a team of 8-12 people, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and ensure quality works expected from management.
• Preparation and Submission of all the documents for the related materials/equipment used for the project to the consultant for client approval.
• Continually improved methods and procedures for processes, measurement, and documentation and workflow techniques.
• Raising RFI and conducting the inspection with the consultant as per the site conditions.
• Maintaining all the material approval/delivery status for the project.
• Preparation of daily, monthly report, work progress, and workforce management.
• Coordinating with QC team in material inspections and approvals

• Supervising and guiding the electrical wiring and installation for 20 storied apartments as per the drawings.
