during stock verification process.
• Material receipt, Inspection (Mo test / Alloy analyzer / Spectroport) & supervision of
binning materials & Lot Control Management for shelf life items.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials adapting FIFO to the end users and contractors.
• Advice end users to input all information during WO part list addition to track critical
equipment & spares for annual SD plans.
• Stock verification with updated computer balance in coordination with external Audit
agencies and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Developed Rejection Menu, Preparation of Rejection letters (IR) / Follow-up for
replacement.
• Review Specification / Input all technical information & Codification of 2 year operational
spares as per OEM spare parts list provided by the EPC contractor.
• Project surplus identification of all items which are similar to stock items and transfer.
• Redundant equipments spare identification and remove them from stock to declare as
scrap in co-ordination with maintenance department.
