• Manage end to end payroll operations for 70+ UAE based clients, covering mainland and
freezone entities.
• Act as primary payroll and compliance advisor to clients, handling payroll structuring,
statutory queries, and escalation management

DEWS, GPSSA, and GOSI contributions
• Prepare and review bank-ready payroll files (WPS & non-WPS) and coordinate submissions
with Mashreq Bank, Emirates NBD, WIO, ADCB and Al Ansari Exchange
• Ensure payroll controls and accuracy, minimizing errors and avoiding penalties or rejected
bank files
• Coordinate payroll audits and support external auditors, providing reconciliations, reports,
and statutory documentation
• Draft and review HR documentation including employment contracts, salary certificates,
experience leters, and HR policies
• Liaise with PROs and authorities for employment visas, company licensing, renewals, and
compliance across mainland and free zone entities
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements, enhancing turnaround time, accuracy,
and client satisfaction
