At the moment I'm working as an AV / VC Technician Tier 2 at Stripe India Pvt Ltd, in Bangalore. Which is a service provided by EOS IT Solutions.

-Conducting daily sweeps on the Training rooms, ATH space, Executive rooms and Speciality spaces.
-Taking care of JIRA tickets, Provide technical support during live events.
-Handling the QSYS Reflect Enterprise Manager tool for verifying the AV system health status and taking care of remote troubleshooting.
-Using the Zoom Admin tool for maintaining the zoom rooms and controlling as well.
-Using Neat Pulse tool for maintaining the Neat devices.(like firmware updation, Zoom OS updation).
-Using Appspace and Macmini PC for displaying the signage slides and videos on the floors.
-Using Soundtrack for playing the background music(BGM) in the cafeteria.
-Handling Troubleshooting and breakfixing activities on the AV / VC devices.
-Coordinating with vendors for commissioning activities on new conference rooms and digital signages.
-Moving confidence monitor's, Neat Board VC equipment and speakers from the storage room to the event space if required.
-Operating and maintaining audio visual equipment for events, conferences and meetings. This includes projectors, sound systems, microphones and video conferencing tools, etc.
-Communicating with manufacturers and vendors to arrange repair or replacement of faulty devices (RMA) and managing local inventory stores.

I was worked as an AV / VC Support Engineer L2 at Google India Pvt Ltd, in Bangalore. Which is a service provided by Astreya Inc.

- Taking care of tickets and supporting events.
- To handle AV dashboards for verifying the system health status.
- Using the admin panel to provide remote support at the end user.
- Maintaining regular inspections of all VC rooms and testing calls at the other site.
- Coordinating and supporting VC platforms such as Cisco, Life-size, Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Polycom, etc.
- Maintain the Exterity IPTV and the Signage Display on all floors.
- Assist with commissioning and decommissioning activities of new conference rooms and specialty spaces to the integrator team.
- To support the incident management tickets are handled according to the service level agreements (SLAs).
