) Preparing and reviewing design deliverables ensuring they are in line with the company's requirements and in adherence to the project's guidelines.
) Preparation of value engineering and design briefs for new projects.
)Participation in the innovation of new project ideas.
)Preparation of RFP's for design consultants
) Providing technical expertise, resolving related problems and propose alternatives.
) Review Shop drawing and as-built drawings.
) Review of Quantity survey and issue order to pay for subcontractors invoices
