• Responsible for new client acquisition as well as maintaining credit health and
enhancing the existing portfolio of INR 2500 million for SME group.
• Undertake credit risk appraisal, prepare appraisal notes, term sheet and financial
models and engage with credit team for sanction & coordinate with various
internal teams for relevant approvals, documentation, limit setup, disbursement,
post disbursement compliances and monitoring.
• Managed trade finance portfolio of corporate clients handling Letter of Credit
(LC), Bank Guarantee (BG) and export/import bills and contributing to increase the
forex income.
• Liaised with correspondent banks for smooth settlement of cross border
transactions.
• Maintain senior management relationship of SME clients to deepen wallet share,
negotiate pricing and cross sell other banking products like salary a/cs, corporate
cards and insurance.

• Managing asset book portfolio of INR 2200 million of 30 customers having 7
customers of exposure more than INR 200 million and to ensure maintenance of
quality and health of portfolio.
• Manage the internal (Branches/other business verticals) and external (empanelled
outsourced agencies) lead generating channels to generate the expected
business.
• Deepen the existing relationships by cross selling the Banks products and services/
third party investment products.
• Processed and negotiated LC, BG and export/import bills.
• Qualified MDRT International - Dubai campaign for Life Insurance business.

• Responsible for new client acquisition under SME Segment with lending proposals
of (>50 mn) across sectors.
• Structured deal based on Client interaction and addressing Clients requirement for
working capital finance and project funding.
• Liaising between Client, Credit & Risk, Operations and Legal Team deal execution
and documentation.
• Accredited for increasing portfolio by INR 600 million in the first 180 days by on
boarding 12 business clients.
• Lead Management of 7 branches across Madhya Pradesh responsible for INR 350
million portfolio.

• Incorporation of Companies & LLP and monitoring its legal compliances.
• Drafting of legal document such as notices, letters and petitions in the matters of
Oppression and Mismanagement in Companies and Striking off of Companies.
• Conducted legal research through case studies.
• Preparation of Annual Reports, Compliance Reports & Returns of Companies.
