• Develops and implements the business plan, taking into consideration industry benchmarks, ensuring that the strategic focus, goals and development of business are aligned to the company’s objectives.
• Participate in any meetings/initiatives of strategic nature as requested by the Group.
• Maintain effective business relationships with vendors (Aramco) and key customers; negotiate main supply contracts to the benefit of the business.
• Monitors weekly vehicle utilization trends and revenues and takes corrective actions.
• Monitors monthly Company and business unit operating results (financial performance, receivables/collection, non-revenue vehicles etc) compared to the business plan targets and objectives.
• Keeps abreast of market trends, competitors and customer behavior and aligns the Company’s action plans accordingly.
• Weekly & Monthly & quarterly reporting of the business achievement to the Group highlighting progression of business against targets.

- Supervising of water treatment unit installation .
- Monitoring water treatment chemical material stock.
- Dealing with water treatment Chemicals trading.
