On May 29, 2016 — August 3, 2017, I was stationed at AES Head Office - Engineering Department located in Dubai Investment Park 1. Simultaneously, I am also handling one project which is DS162/2 - Upgrading / Diverting of Main Sewage Pumping Station E to Jebel Ali Sewage Treatment Plant.
On August 4, 2017, I was shifted to a new Project DS189 - Second Al Khawannej Sewerage and Drainage System until to date.
Duties and responsibilities includes;
Involved on various tender preparation with specific emphasis in work scheduling, resources programming and quantitative estimates on various Dubai Municipality and RTA projects plus other various infrastructure projects from various Clients.
Developed and prepared Programme/Schedules loaded with Cost budget per BOQ cost account categories for cash flow s-curve monthly projection and estimated the number of Manpower & Equipment for monthly projection for required resources.
Developed the weekly and monthly progress reporting measurement modules. Monitored progress and updated the weekly and monthly progress reports for the management and consultant. Attended project site coordination and progress meetings.
Recorded all project delay causing events and conducted time impact analysis and narrative reports for EOT claims.
Overseeing, assisted and follow-up reports from other project planners for Head Office management reports.
Performed other project related task as directed by Contracts Manager, Planning Manager, Project Manager from time to time.
On March 2013 up to May 1, 2016, had worked at IMECO Project Operations Department;
Responsible for the development of Planning and Program Scheduling, Progress measurement and Progress Reporting requirements for project directly assigned.
Prepared, updated and maintained systems and procedures related to Project Planning, Scheduling, Progress Measurement, and Progress Reporting. Prepared Project Bi-Weekly and Monthly Reports. Identify the areas of concern impacting the progress and schedule of the projects.
Prepared, Monitored and Updated the Weekly Comprehensive Project Summary Status Report for COO (Chief of Operations) and to Head Office Management Report for all Oil and Gas Division Projects and Non-Oil Division Projects.
Conducted Time Impact Analysis to determine possible claim and potential extension of time by updating baseline schedule reflecting actual impacts with emphasis of actual updates, integrate delay events occurrence those events caused by Client like Engineers Instruction, Variations and also analyzing concurrence delays caused by Contractor.
Assisted in evaluating variation request / claims on extension of Project Schedules made by Contractor and to make proper recommendation for approval.
On July 2009 up to February 2013, Positioned at IMECO Head Office Engineering - Tendering Department Involved on various tender planning and scheduling package preparation in various tenders in Oil and Gas sector such as ADNOC, Gasco, Takreer, Borouge, Al Hosn Gas also in Non-Oil and Gas sector such as tender of Abu Dhabi Municipality, Masdar, Fertil, Petrofac, Hyundai, Technimont, Technicas Reunidas, UTE Abeyner, Cegelec + other various Clients.
Responsible for the development of complete Planning Package with emphasis on Project Detailed Schedules, Manpower and Equipment Deployment Schedule and Histograms, Organization Charts for all various tenders on Oil and Gas Field and various private sectors.
Assisted different Site Project Manager on Preparation of Project Planning and Program Scheduling, Progress measurement and Progress Reporting requirements. Prepared Look Ahead Forecast and, updated the Project Status and Progress Reports, attended Site Project Coordination and Progress Meetings during the absence of direct Site Planning Engineer.
Stationed at PFE Head Office Engineering - Tendering & Project Operation Department;
Involved in MEP/EPC Planning Packages preparations during Tenders and Project Operations in Oil and Gas sectors and various private clients.
Developed/prepared Program Schedules, estimated Manpower & Equipment requirements on various MEP/EPC tenders and prepared budgets and cash flows estimates for new projects.
Monitored site progress and updated monthly, fortnightly and weekly reports on project and progress status. Attended projects site coordination and progress meetings.
On Sep 2003 up to Dec 2004 Assigned at Dhahran Head Office - Engineering Services Department (ESD) and merely involved with various Saudi Aramco Pipelines and Refinery Projects (Eastern Region).
On December 2004 up to January 2006, I was transferred to Project Design Management Department (PDM) in Riyadh and involved on various vertical and horizontal building projects.
In-charged for the weekly/monthly progress and historical reports in all disciplines, manpower utilization reports, man-hours analysis and progress monitoring, controlling and updating all design stages of ongoing projects. Includes, drawing control list preparation, status monitoring and updating.
Prepared preliminary and final project schedules also, the Master Schedules for all ongoing and expected projects loaded with budgeted resources man-hours discipline wise and updating the same to reflects actual time bookings for monitoring purpose and a guideline for a look-ahead forecast.
Determined the available resource against forecast whether sufficient to execute upcoming projects and recommends measures needed to fill variance.
Assisted finance department in carrying out all divisional staff time-sheets consolidation of normal man-hours plus overtime totaled for weekly and monthly as reference for all staff’s monthly wage payment.
The company is an Interior Design Consultant and has Interior Design and EPC contracts on various Saudi Royals Clients and private company’s. Stationed at Head Office - Contracts and Operations Department;
Prepared and developed the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and planning schedules. Responsible of all weekly, bi-weekly and monthly progress reports to Client (Narrative and Schedule updates).
Assisted in preparation of proposals, contracts documentation and technical costing packs with specific emphasis on planning milestones and resource costing. Assisted evaluation of proposed subcontractor Changes Orders and monitored all approved changes orders through to completion.
Assisted checking of all issued Completion Certificates, Invoices and Additional Work Claims.
The company has and EPC contracts for the construction of civil works package encompassing Child Care Center Building, Site Civil Hardscaping and Landscaping of Prince Sultan City of Humanitarian Services Project in Ban-ban Riyadh, KSA. Assigned and worked at the company’s project site office.
Developed comprehensive Construction Schedules for the over all site development stages. Prepared Look Ahead Schedules.

Stationed at Al-Bayadh Project in Al-Kharj, Riyadh KSA. Al-Bayadh Project is a complex encompassing the construction of Prince Sultan Air Base. The construction development has subdivided into contract packages and phases and includes the construction of Hangars, Runways, Aprons, Taxiways, Navigational Aids, Administration and various technical buildings, Sewage Treatment Plants, etc.
