On May 29, 2016 — August 3, 2017, I was stationed at AES Head Office - Engineering Department located in Dubai Investment Park 1. Simultaneously, I am also handling one project which is DS162/2 - Upgrading / Diverting of Main Sewage Pumping Station E to Jebel Ali Sewage Treatment Plant.

On August 4, 2017, I was shifted to a new Project DS189 - Second Al Khawannej Sewerage and Drainage System until to date.

Duties and responsibilities includes;
 Involved on various tender preparation with specific emphasis in work scheduling, resources programming and quantitative estimates on various Dubai Municipality and RTA projects plus other various infrastructure projects from various Clients.

 Developed and prepared Programme/Schedules loaded with Cost budget per BOQ cost account categories for cash flow s-curve monthly projection and estimated the number of Manpower & Equipment for monthly projection for required resources.

 Developed the weekly and monthly progress reporting measurement modules. Monitored progress and updated the weekly and monthly progress reports for the management and consultant. Attended project site coordination and progress meetings.

 Recorded all project delay causing events and conducted time impact analysis and narrative reports for EOT claims.

 Overseeing, assisted and follow-up reports from other project planners for Head Office management reports.

 Performed other project related task as directed by Contracts Manager, Planning Manager, Project Manager from time to time.

On July 2009 up to February 2013, Positioned at IMECO Head Office Engineering - Tendering Department Involved on various tender planning and scheduling package preparation in various tenders in Oil and Gas sector such as ADNOC, Gasco, Takreer, Borouge, Al Hosn Gas also in Non-Oil and Gas sector such as tender of Abu Dhabi Municipality, Masdar, Fertil, Petrofac, Hyundai, Technimont, Technicas Reunidas, UTE Abeyner, Cegelec + other various Clients.

 Responsible for the development of complete Planning Package with emphasis on Project Detailed Schedules, Manpower and Equipment Deployment Schedule and Histograms, Organization Charts for all various tenders on Oil and Gas Field and various private sectors.

 Assisted finance department in carrying out all divisional staff time-sheets consolidation of normal man-hours plus overtime totaled for weekly and monthly as reference for all staff’s monthly wage payment.
