o Responsible with the over-all operations/accounting of the branch and assists the branch manager for sales and operations. o Conducts branch cost analysis and recommends alternative courses of action to achieve cost effectiveness and revenue o Approves or co-signs on transaction media (financial and non-financial)reports, checks (P/$) within the delegated authority o Ensures that GL Balance and Marketing Reports are being checked/verified thoroughly o Actively participates with the day to day in house cross selling of bank products and services including bancassurance products thru the bank’s established distribution channel. o Develops the highest degree of good business relationship with the customers and employees.
o Responsible for providing administrative and technical assistance to the Branch Banking Head in relation to manpower, operational and financial activities within the area.
o Prepares and disseminates external and internal memoranda to branches and monitors/follows up necessary action.
o Validates and reviews for confirmation/approval of BBD Head in relation to the compliance of Bank Policies and guidelines.
o Ensures adherence of branches to establish reporting, monitoring and control system in the operations section
