· Finance and accounts of the company along with daily reporting to GM with regards sales target achievements.
· Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
· Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
· Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
· Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
· Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
· Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
· Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
· Prepare feasibility study on NPD and investment opportunities for the business and discuss the same with management.
Managing treasury operation of the group companies, making sure liquidity is available across units to meet the working capital requirements and banking commitments are paid on time without any default.
Monthly MIS of standalone financials and consolidation of the units’ monthly financials.
Quarterly closing of standalone financials and consolidation of the units with holding company.
Collaborating with auditors for quarterly closing and other compliance needed from time to time.
Assisting the senior manager in insurance renewal for the group and maintaining track of all the insurance policies across the units for their addition/deletion to the present insurance policies.
Preparing fortnight treasury reports for management giving an insight of funds to be utilized in the near future.
Preparing monthly standalone payroll file, consolidation of payroll file of other units, and processing payroll as per the requirement of WPS.
• Handling day to day finance related matters. Co-ordination with parent company with respect to funds requirement and cash position. Cash flow projections based on the expected outflow in coming weeks. All compliance matter like VAT, CST, TDS and ROC matters.
• Monitoring daily accounts, liaison with supplier and customer for efficient mechanism.
• Monthly balance sheet, quarterly reporting, annual reporting, closing as well as attending audits.
• Half yearly stock audit along with quarterly internal audit so as to strengthen internal control mechanism within the organization.
• Process flow chart for the team members so as to make sure each one is doing the assigned task and no task are over lapping
• Mainly my role was to monitor and make sure that all the legal compliance along with routine financial issues are handled in a most simpler and efficient way.
• I am reporting to my senior who was international finance controller based in Dubai.
Handling various clients, managing accounts, finance & taxation matters of the clients.

Headed 3 departments within Accounts i.e Receivables, Inventory & Purchase and Sales.
With respect to Receivables I was responsible for timely collection of outstanding dues from customers. I need to monitor various key customers based on their payment performance.
For purchases & Inventory, I was responsible for updating management with all incoming shipments, customs payment, inventory control and pricing of inventory. I need to show alerts to management for various slow moving items and how to eliminate them in a given span of time.
With respect to sales, I was responsible to see that all the sales invoices raised are properly booked along with proper cost centers and monthly and weekly sales reports are delivered on time to management.
Along with the above I was also responsible for collection performance and payment schedule for the suppliers.
Was handling the team of 4 people with each having separate responsibility.
Responsible for doing extensive analysis of banks under coverage, result updates, event updates for banking sector, also economic updates like IIP and WPI reports.
Advising the clients on investment options in equity markets based on equity research and established credentials as a knowledgeable professional in the field.
Tracking market sentiments and analyzed movement pattern of scrips to provide effective hints to the clientele to enhance their wealth. Prepared MIS Reports & presented them to the seniors.
