I Worked with Al Futtaim Motors-Toyota (Abu Dhabi) as Showroom Administrator where my duties are to oversee the back office department and whole facility to make sure that all standards should be met in the facility. Apart from it, I am doing all purchases for the branch through SAP Ariba (procurement and supply chain web solution) by keeping in mind the allocated budget, taking care of employee’s attendance through Bio star software and keep updating HR about employees leaves, assisting branch manager to formulate new policies and proposing a budget for the branch.
I worked with Nissan Al Masaood as stock controller where my responsibilities were vehicle ordering through dragon system (specially designed program by Nissan for vehicle ordering) / vehicle pricing / managerial reports regarding sales trend & taking shipment into stock through kerridge system (Automotive program).
