Job description:
•Operation of water flow and oil flow laboratories.
•Calibration of flow meters like Turbine meters, Coriolis Mass flow meters, Electromagnetic flow meters, Rota meters, Vortex flow meters, Orifice plates, Venturies, Nozzles, etc using Gravimetric method (ISO 4185:1980).
•Testing of LPG Dispenser, ATG Gauge amd Flow meters.
•Installation of Flow Elements as per standards for testing & calibration.
•Use and maintenance of instrumentation such as RTDs, level indicators, Differential Pressure transmitters, universal counters, data acquisition system, its interface software (LABVIEW).
•Maintenance of Control Desk for water flow and oil flow rig.
•Well acquainted in the maintenance of instruments using HART protocol.
•Associated with calibration of all types of mechanical measuring instruments in the field of Pressure, Temperature, Mass, Volume, Density, etc.

•Implant training in suryabala Hyundai, Coimbatore (7 Days)
•100% attendance during the academic year
