Managing the HR Strategy and Execution for a Group of companies with turnover of PKR 100 B p.a. with an employee base of 10, 000 employees. The group consists of FMCG, B2B Plastic packaging, Pharma, Banking and renewable energy.
Managed the HR, IR and ER function of the second largest edible oil company of Pakistan. Actively addressed the key IR and employee management issues at the factory.
Managed the HR function of the largest transport and logistics company of Pakistan with over 4000 employees. This was a transition from the Korean management to the local Pakistan management. It was a complex HR transition and was successfully done by HR.
Managed the HR function for OBS pharma which was formerly MSD (Merck Sharpe and Dohme USA)
Ensured all International reporting was done timely to Akzo Nobel HQ in Amsterdam
