Currently working for Al, Futtaim Carillion as Project Manager in charge of 3 Residential Towers B+G+14 a total of 325 apartments at AL Muneera Development, Raha Beach Abu Dhabi, my role involves supervising, coordinating and guiding the team both in-house and sub contractors to achieve the targeted Finishes on the Project with safety and quality standards. Major duties involve Supervising, Project follow ups, Team talk and practical guidance on way to work quality and safety. Material inventories, planning co-ordination to achieve targets, commercial co-ordination to achieve maximum profits, co-ordination with in-house and lead designers on achieving practical results of design details, conducting and attending weekly meetings on sub contractor co-ordination, quality and safety.
