Client Services Lead responsibilities:
- Providing/coordinating user training & implementation plans for Health Facilities
- Planning & assignments of tasks for the team, monitoring of statuses & results
- Providing/coordinating post implementation support to clients
- Conducting a periodic status survey to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure to meet the optimum results of the key performance indicators.
- Managing the CloudClinik Client accounts.
- Ensure that all the necessary client requirements are satisfied.
- Recording and communicating in depth details and initiating Change Management, if required.
- Facilitation on Integration of third-party equipment with CloudClinik.
As the pioneering lead of the Client Services Department, I have the responsibility of to ensure to meet the benchmarks of client expectations. The department aims to achieve these key principles:
- Ensuring excellent services to CloudClinik Clients.
- Maintaining client satisfaction by conducting regular visits
- Proactivity compiling and sharing business process changes, new regulatory requirements and additional functional/feature base enhancements.
- Implementation planning & execution for a newly acquired Health facilities
- Ensuring SLA & NDA for the clients
- Performing System Audits
- Facilitating Client-side discussions for further CloudClinik Improvement
- Monitoring system health & providing necessary IT support to Clients for smooth connectivity.
- Providing support to the Business Development Department (DIJV & Ooredoo) for Product Demos, Trial Runs and previews.
With these comes with the following tasks and responsibilities in my position as Client Services Lead:

- Maintaining Client Relations by providing timely and efficient on-site support
- Planning and Executing easy to follow training for new users
- Conduct refresher training on users
- Identifying solutions to cater various requirements by the client.
- Promotes web application growth by identifying and outlining web application refinement to improve overall user experience
- Maintains social media accounts
- Coordinates Client Requirements to the off-site team by outlining solutions to client's concerns.
- A Consultant on Client hardware requirements.
- Oversee the IT-related objectives of the hospital.
- Troubleshoot computer problems as well as set up the network infrastructure of the hospital when it was time for the network modernization project.
-Drafted the requirements for the upcoming upgrade to the current system.
- Conduct system diagnostics and system maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
