• Supervise the warehouse, facility, equipment, and workforce to meet throughout demand whilst meeting BRC, QHS&E, operational and regulatory standards.
• Managing logistics clearance, delivery and VAS stickering activities of Tim Hortons retail shipments.
• Design warehouse flow for equipment, people, and workstations for efficient throughput and space utilization.
• Improve and oversee execution of warehousing processes - Goods receipts, Storage, Pick, Pack, Ship & value-added services (VAS activities) if any.
• Implement and achieve target KPI levels - Inventory Accuracy, Inbound receiving, Storage utilization, Shipment Efficiency, FEFO etc.
• Maintain equipment, facility, and amenities - personal equipment handling to achieve maximum operating efficiency.
• Implement and manage effective operations of WMS ERP, Bar Code, and RFID tools for efficient WH operations and traceability.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis and reconciling them with the data storage system.
• Facilitates the entire import/export process to ensure compliance, timely, and accurate inventory movements which include shipment coordination, import/export documents, DM/Customs clearance, and goods movements from in-transit location to the storage warehouse.

• Creating daily schedule and delegate the tasks to team-leaders and workers.
• Supervising and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
• Oversee the operation and managing the manpower allocation.
• Picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of productivity
• Ensuring quality control for all outbound shipments
• Managing data accuracy in Warehouse management system
• Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly handled based on standards.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment (Daily checklist for all MHE machines)
• Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.
