Abu Dhabi Future School Program
Aim of the project is to build schools with international standards (1250students +250 KG students) in different parts of the emirate (like Al Falah, Al Waha, Al Shuaibha, Al Quaa, Ain Al Faidah etc). The responsibility includes reviewing the projects as municipality appointed engineer, checking the suitability of the adopted structural and lateral force resisting system, proper integration of the different design software used, and proper co-ordination between different parties (consultant, main contractor, sub-contractor, technology provider etc.) involved in the project.

Responsible for finding out suitable framing system (conventional, hollow core, double tee or bubble deck)preparation of overall structural analytical models in ETABS, SAP to design basic framing system (beam, column etc.), temperature and shrinkage analysis of slab; floor-wise detailed modeling of slab in SAFE, design of foundation raft, pile or isolated footing whatever is suitable, design of core walls, shear walls and basement walls, anchorage design, 3-D BIM model in REVIT for coordination with other departments; Resolving clashes with Navisworks Manage; Preparation of detailed BOQ, tender as well as for construction designs & sheets & responding to RFIs (Request For Information) raised from the sites by the contractors
