Analyze flight reports and flight delay. Create reports and analysis as required by VP Operation.

Study manpower shortage according to daily and monthly flights data. Establish manpower requirement for UMRA & Hajj Operation and its financial cost.

Establish requirements of Ground Support Equipment according to station quota.

Establish GSE Investment Plan by replacing equipment more than 20 yrs old.

Responsible for the professional running of the VP Operation support office.

Prepare department annual budget and relevant monthly forecasts for the department based on realistic assumptions and following-up on the results.

Prepare / create Presentation Slide as required by the Vice President.

Ensure a cost effective department with optimum utilization of facilities within the budget framework.

Drafting correspondence and initiate resources to routine communication.

Establish communication systems to secure that all information related to departments are transmitted without delay.

Establish rules, regulation and procedures within area of my responsibility.

Follow-up / Disposal of pending matters with concerned departments.

Initiate modernization and development so as to secure highest level of efficiency and professionalism in my area of responsibility.

Assists in project work and other matters within the company management group.
