Managing all the buildings that related to the company and utilities and contract and managing the new projects and the maintenance also handling the camps with all details

 Coordinating between the company at Khobar and Aramco for all projects assigned to the company.
 Preparing the technical submittals and project execution schedule.
 Assisting in following up the execution plans.
 Preparing the financial claims.
 Participating in project handover stage.
 Following up the snagging list.
 Participate in Project Closure.
 Managing the Project Documentation

 Responsible of the followings:
 Coordinating (technically and administratively) between the Engineering Department at the Eastern Province Health Affairs and Al Saied Company for all projects assigned to the company.
 Coordinating with the concern authority in the healthcare facility for the project execution plan in order to address and assess their situation to identify their operational needs during execution.
 Preparing the technical submittals and project execution schedule.
 Assisting in following up the execution plans.
 Preparing the financial claims.
 Participating in project handover stage.
 Following up the snagging list.
 Participate in Project Closure.
 Managing the Project Documentation

 Responsible for the followings:
 Planning for the construction and development needs to elevate the level of services provided by the existing healthcare facilities.
 Supervising the preparation of the budget for projects requested based on the actual needs of the facility, whether to expand existing services or developing new ones or establishing new integrated services or facilities.
 Supervision over all projects that were executed at the healthcare facility under the supervision of the firm.
 Administrative controls over the Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality of the assigned projects.
 Continuous evaluation of the contractor based on their performance
