• Responsible for organizing and interpret auto parts for costumer in order to have a great deal of parts to repair and maintain their vehicles / engines. • Responsible to interpret of parts and other accessories needed in minor or major engine repair so that technicians can perform their repair correctly and accurately without any trouble during the time of engine commissioning.
• Perform technical research and advice if the technicians need some technical support on engine specification specially in major engine repair (general overhaul) such as; minimum and maximum measurement of crankshaft and connecting rod journal for the correct supply of bearings; what piston and ring, intake/exhaust valves, turbocharger and calibration code if incase the engine will be converted (from automotive to marine application) base on OEM engine specifications and etc.
• Monitor supersession’s and take necessary action as required.
• Responsible for the counter sales operations such as; entertain/accommodate walk-in customers and respond to their inquiry such as price and availability of parts and make parts quotations to respond according to the customer’s need and apply discounting methods if necessary to capture sales.
• Respond to the inquiry of the customer over the phone or fax and make price quotations within 24hours.
• Follow-up price quotations made to customers if the quotations is approved or not and make corrective actions if loss of sales occurs.
• Monitor lost sales and take necessary action as required
• Follow-up collectibles accounts to customers.
• Undertake additional responsibilities if necessary.
