Providing my services as a Project consultant / Project manager on contract basis for an IT Services and IT Consulting Firm (Force Growth).
Responsibilities
Requirement gathering & analyzing project requirements
Defining a project's scope and planning the activities necessary to achieve its goals
Estimating workloads, budgets, and developing schedules
Liaising with relevant teams, clients, and managers for the duration of the project
Conducting research on market trends and how to use social media for advertising
Analyzing risks to the project and dealing with changes in project's scope
Maintaining, managing, and delegating resources effectively
Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Define the scope of the project in collaboration with sales and pre-sales
teams.
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities
needed to successfully complete the project
• Determine the resources (time, equipment, etc.) required to complete the
project
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the
resources to the activities
• Review the project schedule with senior management, client and all other
staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as
required.
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be
evaluated at its completion
• Manages scope and mitigates risk across project
• Responsible for assembling the project staff and resource allocation, for their
technical or functional development, performance, and/or termination
during the project or projects
• Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation of the
project
• Document project activities
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to
ensure the successful completion of the project
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including
appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular
basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
• Work cross -functionally to solve problems and implement changes with
appropriate change management approach
• Communicate with stakeholders as outlined in agreements
• Ensure that all operational financial records for the project are up to date
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time and at the required level of
quality
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning
phase
• Make sure that project closure sign off to be obtained on the basis of pre-
agreed PAT/UAT strategy document and on the successful completion of
each activity/task planned for execution phase
• Ensure business requirements are suitably defined, understood and
signed off.
• Pro-actively manage project risks and issues and minimize their impact
on the project
• Regularly communicate project expectations to team members and
stakeholders and use their feedback to optimize progress.
• Negotiate use of resources in a matrix management environment.
• Coordinate and manage project reporting, project reviews and project
steering meetings.
• Responsible for the Health, Safety and Welfare of all team members.

It is an ERP Solution provider company (partners of Microsoft Great Plain and CRM) my areas of work include: • Analyzing of system. • Modeling and Designing of system. • Data Modeling (Data Flow). • Designing Front End Forms. • Back End Connectivity and Middle level Coding
