mechanical engineer having served the pakistan navy for over 13 years . I am a retired LT CDR, I am working in fauji oil terminal and distribution company ( fotco) as a loading master for the last 11 years . i am responsible for discharging of furnance oil, high speed deisel oil and discharging of crude oil from oil tankers to pakistan state oil, pak arab refinery company ( PARCO), Byco petroleum and BAKRI international . I am also responsible for communication with pso, byco petroleum and bakri company. i also perform the pretransfer and post transfer safety checklist. i have full knowledge of supervisory control and data automation system. i am also using intergated marine managment system in our control room . i am also responsible for the documentation of the ship related documents. i m also responsible for the operation lock and safe moaring of the tanker alongside of fotco.
