I was responsible for outbound logistics (from Plant to Warehouse and from Warehouse to Customer). I personally have developed all the SOPs related to warehousing since at the time I joined there were none.
My Responsibilities included but not limited to

Route Planning
Coordination with Sales Staff for blending of lubes
Hiring of Warehouse Incharges and setting selection criteria
Hunting for new warehouse with minimal cost and effective and efficient locations
Opening of New Warehouses
Strict Implementation of Company Policies & Co-ordination with Warehouses regarding day to day issues
Keeping an eye on the integrity of stocks and that there collusion between either parties.
Keeping a track of dispatches so that they do not go cross border.
Timely giving blending requirements to production and keeping a track on the min. stock levels etc.
New Assignment was handed over to me regarding handling the Import Department which includes ordering, coordination with Foreign Suppliers, coordination and delivery of Goods with Clearing Agents and shipping lines regarding freights etc
I was managing a Customer Services Centre at Custom House, Karachi which deals with Import Document processing and Manifestation Processes mainly. I have a staff of 60 people for whom I am answerable. The centres core responsibility is to cater to the needs of the Clearing Agents and Importers in proper declaration form filing to customs which is then keyed in and then transferred to the main database of Pakistan.
Apart from this my other responsibilities are of software testing, feasibility study regarding setup of different service centres in Pakistan (Service Centres at Fasilabad and Sialkot are the two setup by me)
Apart from this coordination with Custom Officials, Karachi Port Trust and Civil Aviation Authority on various issues is also one of my major responsibilities.
I was working as Administrative Officer for Faruqi trading House who are the indentures of Artificial Grass in Pakistan. I was responsible for all their Administrative Affairs which includes Performance Appraisal, Grievance
Handling, Market Watch, Formulation and Implementation of HRM Policies, Organizing Training Programs etc
At NJI was working as Business Development Executive Selling Insurance Policies to different concerns which entailed a lot of travelling and Customer Experience.
