Optimize existing formulations to enhance performance, durability, and environmental sustainability.
Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve paint properties such as adhesion, color stability, weather resistance, and drying time.
Evaluate raw materials including pigments, binders, solvents, and additives for their suitability in water-based paint formulations.
Perform compatibility tests and assess the impact of materials on paint properties.
Develop testing protocols and specifications to ensure consistency and quality of manufactured paints.
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot formulation issues and implement corrective actions.
