Mechanical Maintenance (Steel Making Plant)
A steel plant company that produces high quality reinforcing bars in tne souther part of Saudi Arabia and some part of the middle east.
Performs daily inspection of all mechanical equipments and rotating machines.
Performs aligning of pumps and motors.
List all the spare parts that needed for repairing and overhauling.
Act as a lead man when needed as assigned by the supervisor.
Plans and suggests implementation of unscheduled activities that my required urgent attention.
Informs the Mechanical Supervisor or the Department Head for any system abnormalities that require immediate attention.
Ensures availability of system component replacement spare parts to avoid shutdown and or long time repairs
Mechanical Maintenance Department (Steel Making Plant)
Executes maintenance work orders of preventive and corrective maintenance activities effectively and efficiently as scheduled.
Performs the shift checklists of operating lines and auxiliary facility equipments. Records the actual parameters and highlights all abnormalities observed
Troubleshoots all system abnormalities; hydraulics, pneumatics, cooling water, dust collection, material handling and transmission systems.
Executes reliable corrective measures to rectify operating line abnormalities (affecting and non affecting process delays) at the shortest possible time.
Performs repairs, servicing and reconditioning. Evaluates the root cause of failures and suggests measures to prevent reoccurrence.
Monitors and gives information of the general condition of the operating machineries that needs attention.
Plans spare parts requirement, checks availability and informs status.
Supports major/urgent jobs of other areas requiring assistance.
