National Head Inventory at Future Supply Chains

Responsibilities

National Inventory Head
• Inventory across all 60 Distribution Center’s with 5.5 Million sq ft warehouse space pan India.
• ZERO deviation in SAP v/s WMS Inventory.
• Plan & managing Quarterly Cycle Count Schedule for pan India.
• Maintain & Audit processes for Warehouse Operations, Returns, and Stock Migration.
• Inventory Hygiene on real time basis across PAN India.
• Minimize Risk Inventory by visibility and maintained accurately within the agreed SLA with Customer.
• Maintain harmonious working relationship with Business team, Category, Replenishment.
• Schedule Monitor & Closure of Yearly/ Half Yearly Audit across PAN India.
• Maintain allocation of space for India 60 warehouses.
• Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.
• Managing an Inventory team comprising of Zonal Inventory Head, Shift Managers and Team leaders.
• Liquidate excess and ageing stock & Minimize obsolete and excess stock.
• Confer with supply chain planners to forecast demand, create supply plans & ensure availability of materials.

AGM Process Project
• Define strategic, Plan supply chain processes and project implementation that supports business models.
• Position supply chain as a competitive differentiator for Key External & Internal Accounts.
• Standardization & Implementation of Global best of breed processes, policies and systems.
