The Plants are at two locations called “Heart of Doha” consist of 251 High raised buildings and 350 luxury villas. Being the plant Manager I am responsible for the whole of Facility Management for the 85 Acer Development. It consist of both the hard technical Services such as MEP & HVAC & Soft services such as Pools, Cleaning, Housekeeping and Horticulture

Operations & Maintenance Work:
• Manage, Supervise and Implement all necessary activities and actions to ensure the best efficiency & smooth operation of a district cooling plant and best quality of chilled water continuous production and delivery.
• Coordinate and follow up with Suppliers and vendors, contractors and sub-contractors, consultant, owner and clients to meet standards, and develop content, coordinate and check the process of documents throughout all phases of project.
• Troubleshooting of HVAC systems and BMS systems at the client side, commissioning and balancing A/C
related systems and advising for solutions if required.
• Carry out necessary technical and administrative trainings for sub-ordinates and superiors in district cooling
systems and improvements.
• Implementing the best District cooling SCADA control philosophies ¡V Primary & Secondary (prepare data
necessary for process control to identify sites with performance problems & determine any performance
degradation based on data and make recommendations regarding energy conservation and appropriate
technology.
• Treated sewerage effluent source best chemical control solutions, filtration systems knowledge and implementation Vs Cooling towers.
• Implementation of Health, Safety and Environment standards and ensure safety measures implementation in various terms and aspects.
• Prepare, implement and closely monitor reports on the performance of district cooling plants. Establish analytical required and relevant soft forms to calculate analyze and trend efficiency,
consumptions, comparisons, & future targeted figures.
• Plan Activities & responsibilities action, PMs, close monitoring of achievements and further time
management requirements and work progress.
• Handle and budget commercial and financial requirements for operation and maintenance, and emergency
plans. Monitor budget against profit and loss curves and evaluation of monthly achievements. Supervise and
Implement all necessary activities and actions to ensure the best efficiency & smooth operation of a district
cooling plant and best quality of chilled water continuous production and delivery.

Managing Distribution Networks & Metering:
• Pipe Networks Department:
Palm District Cooling being the second largest District Cooing Utility in UAE; having a wide spread
distribution piping Network of 114, 000 Km of different diameter of pipes and the Associated Valve
chambers and around 450 No's Heat Exchangers Stations. The new installation, design, breakdown
rectification, preventive and reactive Maintenance of the piping asset was my major scope/ challenges
handled during my tenure in the organization. Uninterrupted supply to the valued customer was the Key
Performance Index.
