KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for Sale forecasting and Strategy Planning for the assigned market.
• Implementing, developing brand mix by keeping ahead of market trends including sourcing and researching new brands.
• Plan and implement Professional Trainings and Presentation, in accordance with Product Life cycle and 4 Ps.
• Fostering strong relationships with major Hypermarkets, Supermarket chains, Hospitals and Pharmacies etc
• Responsible for Digital and E-commerce Marketing and closely associating with different E commerce Platform.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets for the designated territory.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial, and evaluating options.
• Build strong relationships with Purchasing Department, Buyers Pharmacists and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasts every month/quarter and guiding sales funnels.
• Advising and negotiating on acquisitions of new products.
• Meeting Managers and concern persons of related Department to market the products and negotiate regarding the Margin and Profit.
• Supplying and Stocking of product for Super Markets, Pharmacies and Department Stores.
• Planning and managing business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy to expand the market share of our brand portfolio as well as diversification of activities to the different trade channels.
• Meeting potential clients by growing, maintaining, and building relations and networks.
• Implementing successful product introductions in the region as per the guidance of Philips Health care.
• Responsible for providing guidance and input to the marketing team for organizing Trade shows in assigned territories.
• Assessing the competitive threat to Philips Health Care within the region and implement pro-active tactics in line with the strategic plan to counter the threats.
• Continually researching & updating the knowledge of Philips product portfolio and product features as well as to understand the business and the market complexities in which we operate.
