Job Responsibilities:
❖ Maintaining the organization's Data center networks systems and Branch sites, including
multi vendor, routers, switches, Wireless access points and firewalls.

Job Responsibilities ❖ Providing instant Support to Site engineers to ensure, minimum down-time of Sites (Mobile Towers). ❖ Providing Voice & Desktop support to Site Engineers ❖ Monitoring and Taking necessary steps on BSC(Base Switching Center) alarms (BSC Connectivity, Signaling, GBL, Clock, AP fault, RP fault etc), Monitoring BTS alarms (site down, path down, TS Sync Fault, PCM Alarm, Ne-disconnect, alter link down. ❖ Creation of database of newly coming BTS in OMCR end. ❖ Escalating alarms to the next higher level depending upon the alarm critical. ❖ Configuring and Creation of new alarms, cell, site cascading, removal & addition of TRX from OMCR end. ❖ Increasing configuration of cell based on RF team Inputs. ❖ Generation daily basis BSC health checkup report ( BSC dump, Radio Resource dump, Cell Channel Management, Cell Management, SCTP report BSC CPU report) ❖ Analysis the Critical BSS problem and reasons for Site, BSC, etc down and Escalating alarms to the next higher level depending upon the alarm critical. ❖ Generation of daily Outage report, Planned Outage report, Hardware Alarm report of all BSC, daily Fluctuation report of all BSCs and reporting to concerned Head. ❖ Monitoring and take necessary action, Integration, testing and maintenance of sites in BSC & MSC. ❖ Providing Technical support to BTS Engineers (Including Configuring and Maintenance of various BTS alarms from OMCR End).
