• Handle the local sales for Nutrition & pharma ingredients through lower GCC countries.
• Lead and supervise the team in Gulf and middle east regions in both development & commercial aspects of Nutrition and health.
• Develop field sales action plans to accomplish set budget & KPIs.
• Generate new leads and develop existing profiles of Nutrition & Pharmaceuticals manufacturers in the Lower GCC.
• Handle customers enquiries, technical concerns & Regulatory requests.
• Manage the products availability, allocation to local stocks as well as direct /virtual sales.
• Contribute on the company’s portfolio development plan by adding new products, sources and suppliers accordingly to the market need & market trends.
• Position the new products / concepts according to the target application & territory to endure successful commercialization for the new products.
• Offer Product orientation & technical support to the clients.
• Conclude the new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts; integrate contract requirements with business operations.
• Represent the company on the relevant event, conferences & exhibitions related to the industry.
• Maintain a deep insight on local regulations related to the industry & retain connections with the relevant public associations.
• liaise with global partners & upper management ensuring purchase, sales target agreement and contracts are fulfilled.
• Identifying trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales operational goals.
• Prepare the annual budget to meet marketing, sales & financial goals.
• Analyze current marketplace and feeding back important market and competition information to the concern parties.
• Train sales team on sales techniques, administration and products.
• Plan, execute, and manage sales strategies.
• Gathering information’s, summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports.
• Ultimately responsible for all sales related activities in UAE &GCC.
• Manages sales team on a daily basis.
• Assigns Territories and Accounts.
• Assigns Targets and communicates incentive plans.
• Keeps an eye on competition’s activities in the market.
• Plans the annually and monthly sales Targets & follow up reports about the implementation of marketing and promotional plans and Objectives.
• Increases business opportunities through various routes to market
• Allocates areas to sales representatives
• Develops sales strategies and objectives.
• Monitors the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
