Asad is an architect and urban planner with over 9 years’ experience and expertise in planning and design of public and private buildings and infrastructure projects. As an urban planner and transit architect he has developed strong skills in conceptual architectural design, land use planning, transit facilities planning and design and public realm design.
Asad’s experience on the Dubai Rail Master Plan and Abu Dhabi Metro Study projects has given him an excellent understanding of the interface between land use and transport and effective strategies to maximise transit-oriented development opportunities. He has developed good working relationships with key clients and stakeholders in many projects in the UAE, Palestine and Jordan.
Asad is a skilled user of AutoCAD, ArchiCad, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Art-Lantis, Design In, Corel Draw, MS Office Programs.
