Vouching and tracing• Confirming that the organization’s record of its cash balances agrees with the bank’s record.
Checking that the organization owns the fixed assets (such as buildings, machinery, computers and cars) that it includes in its accounts.

• Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
• Prepare financial statements and debtors’ listings / Check customers’ credit ratings.
• Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to Chief Accountant.
• Maintained all aspects of finance, accounting, marketing and data processing for the company.
• Generated income statements and prepared balance sheets, general ledger, checks and reports.
• Credit control and collection of accounts payables and receivables..
• Ensured that there are effective internal controls.
• Ensure accuracy of information contained in financial reports & their compliance with statutory requirements
