• Lead end-to-end Hard service facilities operations & maintenance for a world-class international airport,
ensuring 24/7 availability of critical systems supporting millions of passengers annually.
• Monitor on-ground technical activities, ensuring external FM contractors meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
and deliver high-quality work.
• Manage KPI/SLA performance across multiple assets, ensuring compliance with contractual and operational
targets.

• Manage planning & KPI meetings with the client to review the progress of maintenance work and address the
challenges.
• Lead monthly budget control meetings and ensure the effective and controlled spending of allocated budgets.
• Execute ISO 55001(AMS) guidelines and protocols for the management of assets to enhance their
longevity and performance.
• Create workflows, escalation matrices, and structured reporting frameworks.
• Lead technical discussions/ presentations with other engineering parties, Clients, & other certification bodies.
• Manage ISO 45001 guidelines and protocols for managing occupational health & safety (O&HS).
• Develop contingency plans for potential asset failures to prevent operational disruptions.
• Compile reports (Maintenance, Business improvement, Incident/accidents, & Technical evaluation).
• Review new contracts to ensure that the scope of work aligns with the service and maintenance requirements
for seamless operations.
• Creating robust processes and provides expert guidance on the System Assurance system.
• Develop and execute a method statement and risk assessment tailored to the maintenance needs of the asset.
• Implement maintenance checklists derived from the Operation and Maintenance manual along with the assets
specifications & OEM guidance.
• Investigate the underlying reasons for the recurring failures of assets and put in place effective measures to
prevent breakdowns.
• Conduct comprehensive operational assessments & Identify service gaps and operational risks
• Executes ISO 9001:2015 guidelines and protocols for the quality management system in the workplace.
• Promote a culture of safety by educating the team on safe working practices and performing audits to ensure
compliance with safety protocols on site.
• Join weekly planning sessions to verify the maintenance schedule, deployment plan, pending maintenance tasks,
and other deliverable-related issues.
• Supported facilities budgeting, cost forecasting, and contractor commercial evaluation for Hard services
• Develop comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW) documents
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
• Guarantee that the MEP department operates effectively with minimal disruption to Airport operations &
delivering a safe & reliable passenger services.

• Review of technical specifications for the boiler, turbine, heat exchanger, pumps, firefighting system, HVAC system and other auxiliary systems for the power plant.
• Review BOP drawing and associate equipment location.
• Analyze and establish necessary input and output parameters (temperature, pressure, feeding rate) to fulfill
the clients required output.
• Provide support during the erection of the boiler, turbine, exchangers, pumps, and additional equipment through site visits with the vendors team.
• Assist project commissioning to achieve client satisfaction by conducting commissioning
tests in alignment with ASME standards.
• Facilitate project handover and client follow-up to ensure the project operates smoothly.
• Develop a maintenance strategy and implement standard maintenance procedures for the equipment to guarantee continuous operation of the plant.
