At Present Working as Laboratory Consultant in KAUST Assets Management (LEAM) Team.
Here are some of my responsibilities.
o To setup KAUST repair shop to fulfill day to day service requirements for the installed laboratory equipment.
o To organize and lead service team to provide service and support to all laboratories in the KAUST.
o To categorize installed equipment database on the basis of their application and utilization.
o To categorize installed equipment database into different maintenance approaches to manage to perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) and to classify in-house maintainable and vendor maintainable equipment.
o To create workflow chart for the service team to organize their work smoothly and service stations to host engineers in every building to minimize the traveling time and to increase work output.
o To see day to day progress report of the engineers working for corrective maintenance and preventative maintenance.
o To organize service departments in the Kingdom to provide service and support to customers Kingdom wise. Covering almost all quality control and research laboratory equipment
o Worked as a project manager for two turnkey projects with Saudi Aramco to set up their testing laboratories. Both projects were completed successfully.

o Set up working procedures and service log system for all the customers.
o Handled a lot of service contracts with a lot of customers Kingdom Wise to provide Preventative service and as well as Corrective Maintenance services
o Supervising KAUST installation and commissioning for setting up KAUST labs under Saudi Aramco PMT contract.
2001 - 2007 • I was worked in KIAK as Service Manager with following
responsibilities.
Working in
o To organize service departments in the Kingdom to provide
KIAK Jeddah, service and support to customers Kingdom wise. Covering
KSA. almost all quality control and research laboratory equipment
Project Manager o Set up contracting department to take up turnkey projects for quality control and research labs.
o Got three major turnkey projects to establish analytical
laboratories in Shoaiba Power Plant, United (SABIC) Jubail and Sipchem Jubail. I worked as project managers for all these
three projects and completed them successfully.
o Handled a lot of service contracts with a lot of customers in middle east to provide Preventative service and as well as
Corrective Maintenance services
o Installed and commissioned a lot of high-tech equipment
including SPM, XRDs, XRFs, EDXRF, GCs, GCMS and ICPs for various customers including KFUPM Dhahran, KSU
Riyadh, KAU Jeddah, MOH Riyadh, Medina University, Abha
University etc.
