o Daily inspection on all equipment onboard and executing regular maintenance on required to prevent or minimize down time.
o Performing mechanical preventive maintenance on engines and all the drilling equipments to ensure uninteruptted drilling operation.
o Diagnosing faults, servicing and carrying out necessary repairs on air compressor, pumps, aggetators, draw works, air winches, man rider, diesel engines, valves, top drive, etc.
o Assisting chief mechanic to perform tasks.
o Observing and implementing safety measures at assigned rig.
o Participates in rig move activities through planning by chief mechanic, preparation, hydraulic jack operation, dismantling and packing machinery and proper rig up at new location.

Key Responsibilities:
o Managing project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of targets within the scope, time and cost parameters
o Developing the planning schedule for Engineering, Procurement and Construction based on contract requirements.
o Conducting site progress review meetings for monitoring of project identifying problems related to work progress & highlighting of the same.
o Complete resource planning including labour & non labour (Machinery) as per project scope.
o Preparation of detail documents for extension of time (EOT) for the project.
o Preparation & submission of Progress Reports/Charts and submitting to the Department Heads.
o Project progress monitoring & co-ordination with concerned departments to take the job ahead on scheduled basis.
o Preparation of Work load status & Sales requirement reports in monthly basis.
o Developing solution to production problems and customer services as required.
o Supplying technical support to plant to improve production rate, first quality production, as well as reduce waste.
o Assist Production personnel in defect reduction activities.
o Review and approve Engineering Drawings as part of the release process.
o Preparation of Job Card by using software JDE which provides guidance for the flow of job technically as well as budgetary under a time boundary.
o Analyzing of cost flow on weekly basis and advising the estimation team for the amendments on required areas for the next projects.
o Ordering the materials by referring Bill of Quantity for the projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Preparing, managing and driving production schedule.
 Excellent communication skill as a production engineer for instructing the workers.
 Co-ordinate with all other dependent and independent department of organization to move the production properly and fastly.
 Overseeing conformance to organization’s Quality Accredited Standard.
 Handling issues relating to product.
