Payroll Management . (350 Employees)

Monthly Payroll Processing
• Coordinating with group business divisions collecting information for the preparation of payroll.
• Processing monthly overtime for the branches and departments
• Processing staff deductions and additions prior to the payroll.
• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data in Sage Software by using Project and job cost Method.
• Updates payroll records by entering sick leaves, absences, lateness deductions, etc. and branch/department transfers.
• Ensure the payment accuracy before sending to the bank
• Maintain the staff leave plan, and timely updates the changes
• Prepares staff leave and advance payments in timely manner
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• Presenting to Managing Director the comparison of monthly Production report and Overtime of the employees by graphically.

Recruitment and staffing

• Handling End to End Recruitment (Local and Overseas).
• Collecting and Maintain database of candidates.
• Coordinates with all the company’s Departments Heads in order to prepare the Yearly Manpower Needs Plan for the company.
• Source, screen and select satiable profiles as per the manpower plan and present to hiring manager a short list.
• Interview for lower level positions and schedule and organize interviews for higher level with concerned department for next round for interview.
• Organizing overseas bulk recruitment; coordinating with various employment agencies.
• Arranges for panel interviews with potential candidates, including Skype interviews for candidates outside Kuwait
On-Boarding
• Responsible for the Joining Formalities
• Prepare offer letter, Joining letters & Verify all employment contracts, associated paper work in accordance with company procedure and polices and local labour law

Employee Relations /Personal Management

• Advise employees on company’s policies and procedures and Kuwait labour law.
• Respond to employee’s queries on leaves, resignation, end of services etc…
• Creating, Maintaining and updating the employee’s personnel files electronically and in hard copies.
• Maintain Employee Master List containing details of all employees and update the same on a periodic base.
• Prepare offer letters, salary certificates, warning letter, etc… and all HR correspondences.
• Maintain other HR papers as and when required.

Administration of Government Relation Services.

• Responsible of all visa formalities. (Transfer, Renewal, Cancelation, New visa, Extension) and open new labor’s bank account.
• Following up & Renew the Government official license of the company.
