• Responsible for meeting the project requirements in terms of planning, administration as well as compliance with Procedures, cost, quality and HSE requirements.
• Manage day to day operations, coordinate with service providers for planning, prioritization, execution of all technical and administrative functions, planned maintenance, and service delivery in accordance with defined contractual levels.
• Analyzed the work performed daily, weekly, monthly and the assessment of consequences and corrective measures for process improvements while adhering to the cost control methods by comparing and documenting budget versus actual cost.
• Lead all contractual negotiations with potential service providers and effective vendor management.
• Inspection of all facilities and services in accordance with set standards ensuring compliance with applicable codes, practices, specifications and standards while ensuring all the statutory certificates are available and updated for respective facilities and assets.
• Ensure all assets have planned maintenance schedules and monitoring mechanisms through CAFM, manually or other platforms.
• Ensure Service Providers are attending planned maintenance as well as reactive maintenance activities in accordance with defined schedules and response times.
• Work in liaison with Senior Engineers and Project Managers to create more efficient methods, escalate non- conformance/ non- performance and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate with Service Providers regarding equipment failures and facilitate rectifications and recommend preventive measures to prevent future failures.
• Evaluate Service Provider's competencies, training & development plan and needs.
• Plan and implement all HSE proactive tools for job execution, Risk Assessment and Work Permits and briefing as applicable prior to Task.

• Chiller yard operations and inspection along with performing start-ups, monitoring daily operation and refrigeration tests.
• Monitor daily operations of YORK and CARRIER chillers, cooling tower and water parameters, Boilers, Solar panels, FCU, AHU while performing daily reading and analysis for data interpretation.
• Performing troubleshooting, Periodic and preventive maintenance based on available data.
• Familiar with RO, UF and Grey water treatment plant and procedures and chemical dozing.
• Initiate measures to improve equipment performance, methods, quality of Work while prioritizing effective energy conservation.
• Create HSE Alertness and Awareness amongst the Site workforce through Safety Posters, Slogans, and Safety Alert Bulletins Display at Prominent Places.
• Identifying and mitigating all Hazards and Risks and provide safety briefings and sessions as and when required.
• Handle all complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient Manner.

• Supervising Production and maintenance of Zen air CH-701 & 601 micro lite aircrafts.
• Erection of major components like fuselage, wing, landing gear, horizontal stabilizer, vertical stabilizer and control surfaces
• Maintenance includes Daily inspection, 25 Hrs. 100 Hrs. and Parts Replacement of Airframe & Engines.
• Carrying out major field repairs
