Implementation, Development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System & API Q1, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007.
Ensuring that the Quality System complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and API Specification Q1, 4F and 8C Monogram Licensees, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 and Client specified requirements.
Monitoring the implementation of the Quality System as defined within the QMS Manual and associated Management System Procedures.
Initiating Management Reviews of the Quality System to ensure its continuing suitability and effectiveness.
Auditing the Company's Quality System and establishing the extent of conformance with the specified requirements.
Represent the Company during Quality evaluations conducted by external assessors and/or Client auditors.
Verifying that the company Quality & HSE policy is fully understood, implemented, operated and maintained.
Review, update and control, the distribution of the Company Integrated Management System Manual and related procedures.
Ensure that all contractual / company and local authority requirements for Quality & Health Safety & Environment (HSE) are complied with.
Ensuring adequate training / awareness of company personnel for QMS & HSE systems.
Liaise with customers and suppliers as and when necessary to know the quality issues and take the corrective action.
Conduct reviews of the approved suppliers and subcontractor’s list as per the QSP’s.
Ensure that all subcontractors QMS & HSE systems and plans are acceptable to the company as applicable to a contract, and ensure that Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s QMS & HSE systems are implemented and effective.
Track correction of detected non-conformance’s to QMS and HSE policies and doing Environmental Monitoring, Meeting Environmental Compliances, and Hazardous waste management, risk assessments.
Ensuring project Risk Assessment / Job Hazard Analysis are undertaken and documented for plant, equipment, materials, substances and manual handling practices.
Ensure customer complaints are handled in a proper way as described in the procedure.
Co-ordinate with PM in compiling the relevant Quality Assurance / Quality Control documents and formulates specific quality documents as required by the pre-qualification / enquiry documents.
Prepare Contract specific Quality Assurance Plan (Inspection & Test Plan) as required by the Contract Circular and assign qualified Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Welders relevant to the Project.
Co-ordinate for the submission, revision and approval of QAP, WPS, WPQRs and other Inspection Procedures etc.
Conduct and / or co-ordinate the Incoming In-process and final stage Inspections for each Project as required by the QAP / Operating Procedures and maintain Quality Records.
Participate in Quality Review Meetings at the Fabrication Shops / Sites at regular intervals accompanied by Works Manager / Site Manager.
Liaison with Clients for Determining causes of Non conformances in the works and Non Compliances with procedures.
Able to effectively communicate at all levels including the ability to practice diplomacy with external parties.
Promoting the awareness of client requirements throughout the Company via project-specific quality plans and procedures.
Review of contract documents to identify project Quality requirements.
Development of project Quality Control Plans and programmes.
Resolving all job-specific quality problems, with specific reference to controlling client or licenser specifications and contractual requirements.
Resolving all system non-conformances within the Quality System and for ensuring timely and effective action is taken by the appropriate department/s.
Ensuring that any non-conforming products are processed in accordance with the specified requirements of company’s Quality System procedures.
Carrying out audits and assessments of suppliers and sub-contractors and the maintenance of assessment records.

 Develop and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) to assure that the company meets the standard of the certification requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007.
 Responsible for the overall management of the accredited Quality Assurance and HSE processes within the company
 Ensure that all company personnel adhere to the company's commitments under awarded Quality and HSE Certifications
 Ensure that company quality and HSE certifications are continuously audited and renewed.
 Facilitate continuous improvement of the HSEQ processes.
 Continuously improve the HSEQ processes and ensure that improvements are properly documented and communicated within the company.
 Ensure that vendors meet the minimum requirements set in the HSEQ processes.
 Organize internal and external quality audits and ensure points arising from them are handled correctly.
 Liaise between certifying bodies and the company.
 Maintain the company NCR/Incident records and ensure remedial and preventive actions are correct, documented and closed out.
 Assist in the preparation of project specific Quality Plans (QPs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
 Coordinate third party inspections across multiple projects in accordance with approved QPs and ITP’s.

 Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) and HSE Management System to assure that the company meets the standard of the certification requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007.
 Develop written procedures for Quality Control/Quality Assurance and HSE.
 Ensure Quality inspections are done as per the company's Quality Assurance Plan.
 Ensure adequate control processes and implementation of the QA Plan.
 Coach and assist all departments with the development of departmental Quality Procedures.
 Verifying the implementation and operation of the QMS & HSE Systems, by planning and conducting internal audits.
 Audit internally and external sub-contractors to ensure continuous QMS improvement.
 Maintain the QMS, and improve company QMS performance.
 Review site activities and ensure compliance with QA/QC Procedures.
 Provide Quality guidance, functional support and training to site management and workforce
 Generation and implementation of robust Quality Assurance work products and processes audits to aid the prediction and prevention of quality defects
 Conduct Quality training for relevant management and staff in preparation for process of obtaining ISO 9001 certification.
 Liaise with Certifying Authority in achievement of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007.
 Develop specific QC procedures with the Site Team to control quality of products.
 Ensure that the Contractor activities comply with the Contractor QA Plan and QC Procedures and conforms to the terms and conditions of the contract between Contractor and Company.
 Ensuring the integrity of products and processes to satisfy business, Customer and regulatory requirement by the use of reviews and evaluations.
 Contractor interface on engineering quality related matters.
 Ensuring that Quality Engineering requirements are fully understood and are met.
 Support maintenance of Quality plans and schedules.
 Manage non-conformances, corrective and preventative actions to closure.
 Application of ‘Quality tools and techniques’ to facilitate the resolution of Quality issues.
 Evaluation of Engineering verification and validation strategy, coverage and integrity fulfillment.
 Subcontract Quality activities including evaluation, approval, monitoring, audit and corrective action management.
 Monitoring and reporting on KPI’s .Technical Process and System Audits on Subcontractors, and off site facilities against the ITP’s and Method Statements.
 Preparation of Company monthly QA and QC site reports.
 Review of Contractors QA and QC monthly reports.
 To work closely with the Document Controller to integrate Document Control into an effective QMS.
 Perform any other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary by the QHSE Manager.

 Prepare Error Reports and other Quality Reports and Statistical Analysis at regular intervals submitted by the respective work shop/Site QA/QC engineer.
 Co-ordinate with PM in compiling the relevant Quality Assurance / Quality Control documents and formulates specific quality documents as required by the pre-qualification / enquiry documents.
 Prepare Contract specific Quality Assurance Plan (Inspection & Test Plan) as required by the Contract Circular and assign qualified Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Welders relevant to the Project.

 Responsible for the compliance, establishment, maintenance and improvement of the company’s Quality, Environmental & Health Management System as per ISO 9001:2008, ISO/IEC 17025:2005, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 standard.
 Responsible in maintaining company’s document control center and ensure all related documents are reviewed and updated regularly.
 Task to lead the audit teams in the conduct of internal quality audit and ensure company’s compliance to the QMS requirements.
 Conducts quality system and process audit to major suppliers in their plant premises to ensure that they provide good quality raw material.
 Review quality assurance procedures in compliance with state, Federal and other accreditation agency requirements.
 Assist internal performance and systems audits to monitor compliance with the General Quality Assurance plan, and also with other contractual QA/QC requirements.
 Assist in conduct of regulatory audits and maintains the annual calibration of the equipments.
 Assist the General Manager in obtaining and maintaining laboratory accreditations and certifications.
 Track correction of detected nonconformance’s to QA policies and Environment Management System, and doing Environmental Monitoring, Meeting Environmental Compliances, and Hazardous waste management.
 Perform duties and responsibilities as outlined in the quality assurance Manual and procedure.
 Obtaining and maintaining the company commercial registration online through e-registration process in ORACLE and JAVA software’s with the major oil companies like ADNOC, ADCO, ZADCO, TAKREER, GASCO, ADGAS, ADMA OPCO, BOROUGE and ADWEA etc.
 Knowledge about various welding codes ASTM, ASME, AWS, ASME, API, BS, BSEN etc.

 Monitoring the process capability within the organization to develop the confidence level in the process rather than the finished product.
 Planning & scheduling the half yearly internal audit plans for ISO 9001 & ISO TS 16949.
 Monitoring the effectiveness of the corrective action taken & assuring that the company is meeting the standard requirements of ISO TS 16949.
 Championing the annual audits conducted by SWS, JAPAN for Pika Pika, an audit strictly Coordinating with the Manufacturing team to reduce rejection in the industry through conducting quality circle training.
 Holding review meetings to monitor the quality status & the cause of rejections in the industry & ensuring timely completion and delivery of the products to the client.
 Inter-Departmental Coordination with various departments within the company.
 Analysis & valuation of Cost of poor Quality on monthly basis.
 Performing Kaizen activities after identifying the workability & quality related issues in the process.
