• Responsible for building the Process Excellence vertical in the organization.
• Anchor and deliver the complete Business Process Management System covering enterprise level processes across functions.

• Designed and deployed an in-house, tiered Process Excellence Certification path (project based) utilizing Six Sigma methodologies focused on Theory of Constraints, TPS - Lean principles, and Learning Organization concepts.
• Used statistical tools and decision tree analysis for process alternatives/financial decision making.
• Harmonized Process Excellence tools, metrics, and standards across Global Manufacturing sites.
• Handle the Risk portfolio and Insurance (GMC, GPA & GI) for complete group measuring a little more than $120M in premium.
• Responsible for LMD & skill development workshops.
• End to end ownership of PE and Quality for Telemedia, DTH, mobility & Insurance clients.
• Lead a team of competent managers and trainers across multiple locations for end to end product / process training for FL / BB, DTH, mobility.
• Responsible for training, Quality & PE for 2 centres (4 clients & 16 LoBs) with a total seating capacity of over 3500 associates.
