In addition to overseeing the finance operations, also does in-depth analysis of current internal business processes and propose new solutions for efficiency & optimization. Client interaction and look out for more business opportunities are also the key activities.
• Provide a dashboard of key business figures like Revenues, Productivity, Expenses across the 5 departments on a weekly and monthly basis to Partners of the firm.
• Reports to Director (Operations) and assists in taking effective business decisions by monitoring, analysing, and interpreting qualitative & quantitative data.
• Identify and mitigate legal, financial risks by understanding the commercial issues by reviewing all the contractual documents. Coordinate and interact with the all the Department heads to discuss on the process improvements and gather their inputs to be put forward to Directors panel.
• Provide relevant information for management based on market analysis of credible external sources. Manages social media accounts of the company.
• Also, involved in assessing the productivity of employees. Manage the recruitment of new staff end to end solely, which includes issue of offer letters.

• Initially as a Management Trainee, got acquainted on how the firm operates and of my interest in finance, was asked to recommend an Accounting & Payroll software used for firm. After a comprehensive research, recommended Sage 2010 to meet the firm’s Accounts, HR & Payroll requirements. In addition to recommending the software, also implemented it in a short duration to help migrate their operations from Microsoft Excel to Sage.
• As a Manager from January 2011, was responsible for Budgeting, Cash flow management, generating reports on a monthly & quarterly basis. Also deal with Accounts Payable & Receivables and taking care of book-keeping operations, processing quarterly VAT returns, filing Company Annual Accounts on Sage Instant accounts. Also manage Year-end (PAYE) submissions, run monthly payroll on Sage 50 Payroll. Out of the trust developed over these working with this company, I was also handed over the responsibility to do Bank payments and monitor the cash flow. Currently, migrating to QuickBooks online version for better management of company accounts.
• Keep a track on the regular revenues & cash flow of the organization on weekly basis. Track updates of the recent market trends & conditions for better forecasting the finance budget. Assist senior management to establish the budgets and cost controlling measures.
• HR activities involve issuing and submission of P45's & P46's (Starter & Leaver forms) and maintaining employee information on Sage 50 HR software. Make sure the company HR policies are incompliant with regulations. Also takes care of drafting and issues contracts (both new & renewals) to clients, suppliers and IT contractors. Have delegated most of the HR tasks new HR team over last few months to focus more on strengthening the finances of company.

Majored with International Business, however was offered two finance courses by Head of Department observing my interest in Finance and was free of cost. Received Bursary Scholarship for 4 months for being selected as intern with Skilliantech Ltd. After internship period, my employer offered a full time role as "Manager( Finance & HR).
Engineering Graduate in Information Technology domain. Helped me a lot in my career to get the ease of using all the Accountancy related software.
