- Manage all aspects of the project from the design stage through to completion to assure its effectiveness.

- Supervise project development processes with clients and vendors for the successful execution of projects.
- Monitor queue to ensure that all necessary requirements done on time.
- Carry out research on how IT systems used and suggest ways for systems improvement and efficiency.
- Analyze and define different training needs and create schedules for several roles (stores staff, area managers, operations managers and country operations managers) in different countries (Kuwait, KSA, Lebanon, Dubai, Qatar and Morocco).
- Conduct training for employees (50 nationalities) in different markets, carrying out performance assessments to determine skills gaps, and to improve staff performance of using company's applications.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes to improve training quality.
- Quality assuring and assist to design and build company 's IT programs.
- Store sites visits to analyze and maximize the IT systems utilization and knowledge, also conduct in stores training for new rolled out applications.
- Design, create, and translate training materials (Handouts, manuals, training presentations and assessments).
- Coordinate with several teams to cover training needs(HR, area managers, WH).
- Learn new business applications and deliver high quality knowledge.
- Ensure organization's information security standards and procedures.
- Support and coaching new stores opening in different countries.
- Provide training reports and feedback of the delivered sessions.
