•Liaison with Govt Official for planning, co-ordination, land acquisition, setting up of boundaries and project office, Demarcation & Zoning Plan, License, NOCs and initial setting up of Real Estate projects.

•Maintaining the deadline of various outsource parties, consultant, contractual employee and sending alerts to concern person or concern department. Also manage initial setting of projects, land acquisitions, Fencing & boundary making, office setup, Initial set up like Temporary electric connection, weigh bridge installation, setting up RMC plant, security setup, PTZ-CCTV installation, Security services, Security lights, Project Branding and complete administrational support before deputing technical team.

•Responsible for all Govt office related assignments and supervise for their compliances, IR Issues, land acquisitions, Govt Officials visits etc. Having an experience to handle eight group housing projects in Delhi NCR as a time with timeline and budget allocated.

•Also manage electrical connections, bill related query, change of name/Title and DG Set sanctions and NOC renewals etc and also resubmission of documents for obtaining new NOCs/sanction.

•All sanctions from Forest Deptt, Mining, Pollution Control Board, Aravali and fire NOC for Fire Deptt and their renewals.

•Submission of documents for Building Plans and their approval, site office approvals, DPC Certificate related to HUDA Office in Gurgaon (Haryana) as per deadline given by the management with cost saving of 25% of budget.

•Also manage to resolve in local issues related to local villagers, Panchayats, Tie-up with Police Stations etc with keeping company interest, also manage rented lands for project smooth working

1. Plan, coordinate and supervise administrative procedures, policies, Standard Order Procedure (SOP) into and ensure smooth implementation and streamline the systems.

2. Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information on need to know basis within the company management and employees to facilitate smooth operational and working environment.

3. Logistics Management: Manage all logistical support in organizing project inwards and outwards material, loading and unloading, records of all material, visits, distribution and also organize other key meetings, training and workshops.

4. Ensure that the project office premises and infrastructure are safe and that necessary arrangements are in-place to ensure its safety, repairs and AMCs. Ensure that the office premise is well maintained and is kept clean and tidy at all times and taking necessary corrective action.

5. Manage the office petty cash and ensure timely processing of bills and invoices for office related expenses to Finance Deptt with accounting, ledger and cash books records maintain and also manage electricity, water, office supplies, vendors payment, consultants and staff’s Conveyance/Communication/Travel/Lodging & Boarding & other reimbursements.

6. Maintain assets Inwards, Assets ledger maintain, Stock Taking Board, Valuation of assets on yearly basis, requirement of Assets/Machinery/Repair and Maintenance including all Facility management of DG Sets, HVAC, STP Plant, Housekeeping etc.

7. Participate in periodic program meetings in the project office, budgeting, loss prevention and maintain files for Administration Head & Director.

8. Manage project petty/local purchases of project under strict constraints of funds, administration task, Security and safety staff handling and supervising.

Spire World group is constructing high rise building both for Commercial and Residential purpose and delivered World Best Architecture and Green Building Project.

2. Within first quarter, I traced cost reduction plan and executed which saved 50 lacs annually and this plan gave me to independent Executive opportunity of a new Group Housing Project.

3. Continuous dedicated efforts, truthfulness, hardworking paid me as a Senior Executive-Administration & Security of our new Corporate Office and additional work of Liaison for Commercial and Group Housing Projects.

4. Also helped with Purchase Deptt in call of quotations, comparative, issuing of Work Order and Purchase Orders, taxation, logistic with supply chain management, records keeping, bills processing and payments follow-ups with Accounts Deptt.
