• Recommend baseline measurements for support issues for the applications under his domain and ensure systems are given maximum up time.
• Co-ordinate with IT and Business for projects and initiatives to the satisfaction of the senior management
• Evaluate new and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats, exploit them for business advantage
• Make recommendations on how best the technology can be applied to enhance business opportunities, reduce operational risk and ensure compliance.
• Aggressively addresses regulatory, control and audit requirements and establish projects and procedures to assure compliance
• Maintenance of system documentation, application release/upgrade coordination

• To assess, recommend and secure the optimal DR Systems
• Identifying financial, system risk associated with IT systems and direct for resolution
