Define and implement solutions & products sales strategies and roadmaps; i.e. Scientific Solutions, such as NDT, RVI, and PMI. In addition to Fiber Optics and Copper Test & Measurement Industrial Solutions. Moreover, manage the Fiber Optics Lab to achieve products sales and marketing requirements.
• Promote solutions / products internally to employees and externally to various sectors, such as Telecom, Oil & Gas, and Defense sectors.
• Provide technical expertise, trainings, field trials and surveys internally and externally.
• Prepare sales and marketing plans needed for each solution to achieve sales targets.
• Review all customers’ contracts, and works on increasing the sales volume per client.
• Manage tender submittals including technical and commercial documentations.
• Follows up on all inquiries and open projects within each market sector to ensure customer satisfaction and attention.
• Identify new customers and create new leads / needs to fill the company pipeline, through ongoing market analysis and study.
• Evaluate competitors and business partners technically and commercially.
• Evaluate new products / solutions and implement pricing policies.
• Manage and maintain strong communications and reporting with existing and prospect partners and suppliers:
o Set market required specifications and features
o Learn about and introduce new products
o Stock order based on sales forecast
o Negotiate pricing /delivery time
o Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
• Responsible of post technical & sales services.
• Assist marketing communication to develop product collateral, such as, company brochure, website, catalogs by market sectors.
• Manage and participate in trade shows, events and conduct solutions presentations and run demos.
• Manage all the activities and manufacturing processes of the Fiber Optic lab.
Managed and planned the activities of the company in the imported refurbished used photocopiers market including:
• Supervised staff including sales representatives and technicians.
• Managed the process of buying, selling and exchanging used machines to satisfy customers’ needs.
• Negotiated appointments and prices.
• Handled the company and customers’ needs of spare parts and consumables during guaranty and regular contracts period.
• Prepared technical specifications and financial data required for tenders and offers.
·ٍSupervised and trained, as a senior engineer, a group of engineers to achieve the customer objectives.
·Installed and maintained analog and digital Canon photocopiers.
·Scheduled monthly visits for regular services to assure costumers’ satisfaction.
