Main Responsibilities:
- Establishing and communicating department goals to employees, staffing the
department and delegating the workload, actively supporting employee growth and supervise operations and daily reporting.
- Plan volume and mix requirements based on the business plan and monthly sales forecast using S&OP to achieve the required customer service levels while improving the quality and decreasing cost.
- Supervising the plant maintenance to make sure the preventive maintenance schedule and orders are performed for all machinery and equipment in the plant to avoid any sudden breakdowns.
- Responsible for Feasibility and capital Budgeting studies right from setting
specifications, to identifying potential suppliers, negotiations, shortlisting and selection of suppliers for the machines and equipments.
- Maintain inventory levels as per the business plan while maintaining outstanding customer service levels.
- Maintain materials consumption, labor and machine times as per business plan to make sure the bottom line objectives are achieved.
- Responsible for initiating continuous improvement program using Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma.

Achievements:
- Made the feasibility study of a new product launch and supervised the product development, testing, international laboratory compliance certification, machineries and equipment purchase and product launch.
- Achieved Production and Delivery Linearity.
