Middle East Propulsion Company (MEPC) is the only company physically present in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and authorized and licensed to perform military aircraft engine Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services. MEPC employs 107 employees and has primarily provided MRO services on the F100-PW-220 engines of RSAF’s F15 aircraft fleet since 2001.
I report to the Chief Executive Officer.
Main Responsibilities:
responsible for making, controlling and administering the annual master budget by coordinating activities with all departments.
Align annual objectives with the company strategic objectives.
Maintain business plan and monthly sales forecast.
Responsible for making feasibility studies and financial projections for new projects.
Responsible for making, maintaining and updating company business plan over the short, medium and long-term.
Making Cash flow projectons and financial planning.
Active team-member in all projects and coordinating all the activities required from finance.
Active participant in the preparation of materials for the reqular meetings of the Board of Directors and executive commitee.
Saudi Arabian Adhesive Factory (SAAF) is one of the leading manufacturers in Saudi Arabia in the field of adhesives, coatings, sealants and putties.
I report to the General Manager and I manage Department Managers of Purchasing, Stores, Production, maintenance, Quality and Laboratory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establishing and communicating department goals to employees, staffing the
department and delegating the workload, actively supporting employee growth and supervise operations and daily reporting.
- Plan volume and mix requirements based on the business plan and monthly sales forecast using S&OP to achieve the required customer service levels while improving the quality and decreasing cost.
- Supervising the plant maintenance to make sure the preventive maintenance schedule and orders are performed for all machinery and equipment in the plant to avoid any sudden breakdowns.
- Responsible for Feasibility and capital Budgeting studies right from setting
specifications, to identifying potential suppliers, negotiations, shortlisting and selection of suppliers for the machines and equipments.
- Maintain inventory levels as per the business plan while maintaining outstanding customer service levels.
- Maintain materials consumption, labor and machine times as per business plan to make sure the bottom line objectives are achieved.
- Responsible for initiating continuous improvement program using Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma.
Achievements:
- Made the feasibility study of a new product launch and supervised the product development, testing, international laboratory compliance certification, machineries and equipment purchase and product launch.
- Achieved Production and Delivery Linearity.
- Reduced Overtime by 25%.
- Contributed positively to the bottom line by maintaining all operations expenses below the budget.

- Making company master budget and business plan and setting of business objectives for the year, allocating resources, monitoring and control.
- Managment of sales pipeline and making sure that the company has enough leads to generate the anticipated target as per business plan.
- Responsible during presales stages to understand prospective customer requirements, provide necessary consultation and demonstrate solutions to address customer pains to close the deal.

Quality Manager & ISO 9000 Management Representative
Saudi Arabian Adhesive Factory (SAAF) is one of the leading manufacturers in Saudi Arabia in the field of adhesives, coatings, sealants and putties.
I report to the Factory Manager and I manage 3 engineers in the QC and Laboratory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the quality of the raw materials, packing materials and finished products.
- Setting of the standard specification, testing procedures, product data sheets and material safety data sheets for all finished products.
- Responsible for maintaining ISO 9000 management system ( manual, procedures, work instructions, forms, Catalogues, Data sheets, etc).
- Planning of the internal audits.
Achievements:
- Sucessfully completed and Passed the Test of Auditor / Lead Auditor Course for ISO9000.
- Successfully implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9000 and achieved ISO 9000 certification in 1997 by British Standards International.
- Headed the team to successfully implement Microsoft Dynamics - GP.
